I led the visual direction for Ragnaro, defining the creative vision and aligning the design team around a shared concept.

I created the initial moodboard, guided concept exploration, reviewed design work, and presented the direction to stakeholders. I also collaborated closely with animators, writing detailed briefs for animations across key elements, including the logo, buttons, and UI interactions, to ensure every motion detail aligned with the visual direction.

In parallel, I prepared briefs for the art team, defining the creative direction and requirements for project characters. Once the concept was approved, I led the transition from direction to execution, overseeing the UI kit, design system, and desktop and mobile experiences to ensure consistency across the platform.
